Delegations of “Mayo Clinic” and “Arpajon Hospital” Visited “New Hospitals”

The delegation of the best hospital in America - Mayo Clinic and Cédric Lussiez, the General Director of  "Hospital Central D'arpajon” visited “New Hospitals”  in connection with  opening of Children's Health Center. The aim of the visit is to involve the leading clinics of the world to participate in the establishment of “New Hospitals” multidisciplinary pediatrician service and to share the important experience with medical personnel.

On November 29, the delegation of “Mayo Clinic” held a conference at “New Hospitals”, which was dedicated to reviewing the topical issues of podiatry and included lectures for pediatricians “New Hospitals” and invited pediatricians of various fields. The conference included important topics such as fever of unknown etiology, sepsis and gastroenteritis in children.

Within the framework of the visit, Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between “New Hospitals” and “Hospital Central D'arpajon” by Giorgi Ramishvili, the Director of “New Hospitals”, and Cédric Lussiez, the General Director of “Hospital Central D'arpajon”. According to the Memorandum, pediatricians of “New Hospitals” will travel to France for improving their qualification and French specialists will visit “New Hospitals”.

“New Hospitals” Children's Health Center will receive patients in new, increased format from January, 2019 and children's critical and urgent medical center will start functioning there. Children's orthopedic, cardiologic, neurosurgical, hematological and laparoscopic surgery departments will also be launched; Bone marrow transplantation center and neonatal surgery department will be opened. “New Hospitals” Children's Health Center team will be staffed with the best specialists in the field and will provide best pediatric services throughout the country within 24 hours.
